Abuja is a home to the Nigerian seat of government as the Presidential Villa, and the National Assembly are located in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). In other words, Abuja is the home of Government. Several government offices and international embassies are also present in Abuja. The Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport services the city, available for local and international flights.
If you are planning to relocating to Abuja the capital city of Nigeria you should know that Abuja is very expensive. Expensive? Yes, It's. This is because of high economic activities and the presence of multinational companies.
Despite it being expensive, there are still many cheap or affordable areas to live and very close to the center of Abuja. I have complied different places in Abuja that are cheap or affordable for someone who is dreaming of relocating to Abuja.

The areas where you can get very affordable accomodations in Abuja at the rate of #60,000 - #200,000 are as follows
- Jabi ( daki biu village, down jabi opp mr biggs, jabi upstairs or jabi masalachi)
- Utako(utako village),
- Karimo
- Wuye village,
- Kubwa village,
- Dutse alhaji.
Other areas includes
- Katampe(very close to Mpape)
- Mpape,
- Nyanya,
- Zuba.
- Gwagwa,
- Juwa,
- Karmo,
- Peyi,
- Peze,
- Tunga-Maji,
- Bwari,
- Kabusa,
- Muko village,
- Jabu,

- Suka Airport Road,

These areas I've mentioned are good and close to the main city and electricity is constant especially anywhere in jabi, Utako, Katampe and Mpape.
