  We all see booking a hotel as something so easy. Sure! It is - from picking a destination, choose dates to payment then wait for confirmation call or SMS /mail. You're good to go.
But some mistakes could easily break your trip. Imagine being in a hotel with no Internet or room with a broken TV, no helpful amenities? Your hotel choice may be the most important decision you make when planning a trip.

These are what you must know before booking that your choice hotel.

1-Check the location of the hotel:

When searching for a hotel, you see "Located near" "close to " A hotel description location could lead you to book for hotel not located in right place thinking that you're getting centrally located accommodation, an ideal location with everything in place.

-See the site for yourself
-Make use of a Google map,Google map Street or Bing's Eye view. will help to know how far it is from recreational centres and restaurants by foot, by car and by public transport and to view the neighborhood.

2 -Check hotel reviews:

Some hotels go a great way to make their properties seem perfect. But upon arrival, they could not even boost of a good table water not to talk of security. I call such hotel "great on paper". Some hotels are notorious for stealing, bed bug and a meeting point for evil doers.

To avoid such hotel:
-you have to make your research by reading users reviews or get first-hand information about the hotel.. This will save you a lot of headaches.

3 -Avoid early check:

Early check-in can result in giving you a room that may not have been thoroughly cleaned after the last guest check out.

4 -Book online using debit card:

  1. Thank you for sharing the great tips. People tend to overlook the paying in advance option. If you pay in advance it saves you time during checkout. Also, location of hotel and transportation available to and fro from the hotel must be considered while choosing the right hotel.

National Museum Of Unity Enugu ;A place to visit in Enugu.

National museum of unity Enugu popularly called Enugu museum is one of the best place to pay a visit while in Enugu. I thought it's not functional  until I paid a visit. A people without a history are lost forever.

The preparation for the visit were handled by our Biological techniques lecture Prof. Onyiudo who made a contact with the museum management alongside my class governor and get a date for the visit.
By 10:00 am on the said day, we were ready. Each students carted for his/her transport fare. Upon arrival, we assembled inside a hall close to the museum where three of the museum officers and our lecturer lectured us on the meaning and the rules guiding the museum.
After the lecture, they allowed us in and separated us into two groups. Each group was assigned to a guide.
